Returns and Exchanges
You have 30 days from the date of receiving the product to request a return. The product must be returned in the condition it was received: unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
To initiate a return request, please contact us via the contact page. After the request is approved, we will send you instructions and a shipping label. Please note: a product sent to us without prior request will not be accepted.
For exchanges, the quickest way is to return the existing item and place a new order separately.
Damaged Product or Incorrect Order
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item arrived damaged or broken, or if you received a different product than what you ordered, please contact us immediately and we will resolve it.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if it has been approved. An approved refund will be credited to your original payment method within up to 10 business days. It may take a few more days for your credit card company or bank to post it to your account.
Non-Returnable Items
